We represent TCP, Inc. a leader and manufacturer of energy efficient lighting solutons and Transportation Insight, a leader in logistics solutions.
We represent TCP as their government sales and solutions agent. As TCP's government and solutions agent, we are part of their U.S. Conference of Mayors (http://www.usmayors.org) and National League of Cities (http://nlc.org) Our charter is to grow sales through government channels by bringing cost effective energy solutions to federal, state and cities. We partner with city governments, utilities and business to promote green energy awareness and conservation (http://www.usmayors.org/maf/documents/20090105-Environment.pdf) . We also act as part of a catalyst team dedicated to turning around urban blight and reclaiming brown field areas for economic development.

ECC 11, LLC takes it's name from Ecclesiastes found in the Old Testament. This chapter in the bible deals with risk taking "casting your bread upon the waters". We started the company after a downsizing occurred at a past employer. Faced with much uncertainty in a worsening economy, we felt lead to start our own business. We believe this was validated one morning after no regular opportunities of employment came through, we came upon this part of scripture of risk taking. We had thought in the past of doing our own business, but never took the steps to allow the opportunity to blossom. Without the faith of believing in what we were lead to become, we were never going to be successful. That morning we "got out of our boat" and dedicated this business to God. We believe we have formed a viable and blessed company that can promote good stewardship from both a financial (economic) and social responsibility (ecological). Hence, our motto "where economics and ecology intersect". We would never sell a solution that is not in our clients best interest or harms the environment. You have our word on that!
We are a service disabled veteran owned small business. We are registered with Vet Biz Ops. Our president and owner, William Cunningham, is retired from the U.S. Air Force Reserves. William served over 21 years of dedicated service with over 10 years of active duty time. His career expanded time at Gunter AFS, Alabama, Offutt AFB, Nebraska, Langley AFB, Virginia and Youngstown AFB, Ohio. During those times, be served in computer and communications, war planning and logistics professions.
